Privacy
This page covers the free tools at tools.cuelark.com. Images and PDFs are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Cron expressions and pasted text stay in the page. This site does not run an analytics product. The company site at cuelark.com/privacy describes that site separately.
Files stay in the browser
Image tools read the file you choose with the browser, then encode it on a canvas (a WebAssembly decoder, loaded from this site, is used for HEIC). PDF tools read the file in the page and write a new PDF there. Nothing in those tools uploads the file, and this site does not keep a copy. The download is the only result.
The cron tool parses the expression in the page. It is not sent to a server. It does not read a file. The token counter counts the text in the page. The text is not sent to a server. Counting with an OpenAI encoding downloads that tokenizer from this site; the text is not part of the download.
A PDF you save names Cuelark as the producer inside that file. The name stays in your download.
What is stored on your device
- Your theme is saved in local storage under the key "theme".
- Tool settings, such as quality or a maximum width, are saved in local storage under keys that start with "cuelark:".
- A service worker caches this site's pages and code so they can open offline. It only handles requests to this site. It does not store the files you convert.
Analytics
This site does not include an analytics product, advertising tag, or account. The code does not set cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep ordinary request logs (such as IP address, the page requested, and the time) to operate and protect the service. This site's code does not use those logs for advertising.
